You claim the lowest prices in the industry, but some of your advertised prices seem to be higher than other providers.

At first glance that appears to be the case. However, unlike other providers, and to be fully transparent, we include any required state filing fees in our advertised pricing. We DO NOT "hide" those fees in print and then surprise you at check-out with a balance that is larger than you initially expected.

How long do I have to access my course(s)?

You have 1 year to access and complete any course in your catalog. However, credit towards your license renewal is awarded only for those courses completed before your license expiration date.

I've completed my course(s) now what?

Congratulations on completing your course! Now, just sit back and let us do the rest. We submit course completions to your respective state or reporting entity daily. You should see credit for your course(s) within a few days. (i.e. Texas = Sircon)

I completed my course but don't see the credit hours in Sircon. What happened?

It’s important to make sure your home state and license number are correct in your profile. If your details aren’t accurate, it can cause delays or errors in reporting your continuing education credits to the state. Please double-check your information in your account profile to avoid any issues.

What is your refund policy?

Is the Claims CE website secure?
